Coffee Hour series
In the effort to foster better relations with the Japanese community and businesses in Singapore, and to allow NUS staff and students to obtain a first-hand understanding and information on Japan from Japanese in Singapore, beginning from August 2003, the department initiated an informal Coffee Hour featuring Japanese visitors giving small talks in Japanese or English to staff and students. The talks are held in AS4/0305 (JS meeting room).
